AITP300 is an exclusive, ticket only, Audi-only gathering, limited to just 300 vehicles. Inspired by the legendary "Audis in the Park" events that reigned as King of Audi events for 14 years, AITP300 offers a more chilled out, refined and relaxed atmosphere while still celebrating the passion and community around the Audi brand, focusing on quality over quantity. Don't expect a Goodwood style festival atmosphere, Aitp300 is designed to be a relaxed chilled approach where people can enjoy the cars and the Audi community spirit.

How much are the Tickets and where can I buy them?

Tickets go on sale 1st August 2025 and will be just £10.00 per vehicle with all passengers included. Tickets are limited to one per order.
Tickets are electronic tickets that are emailed directly to your email inbox with a unique QR code. (Please ensure you enter your email correctly when purchasing) Print the ticket at home or have the QR code ready on your phone for scanning at the gate.

How will the ticket be sent to me?

When you place an order for a ticket, you will recieve an email saying "Thank you for your order". Attached to this email, you should see a PDF. Open this PDF which will contain your unique 25 digit code and a QR Code. Print this off, keep it safe and ensure you bring it to the event where the gate staff will scan it. Tickets can only be scanned once so gate security will know if you have tried to duplicate the ticket. (Worth mentioning: If you are going to post on social media that you have got a ticket, we would advise covering the 25 Digit number and QR code)
NO TICKET, NO ENTRY, NO EXCEPTIONS! If you turned up at Silverstone, Wembley or any other venue without your ticket you'd be turned away!

Can I bulk buy tickets?

To keep things fair for everyone, we are limiting the sale to 1 ticket per order. Remember, the tickets cover the car and occupants.

I haven't recieved my e-ticket. What do I do?

Firsty, confirm you have entered the correct email address on the order.
If you are sure this is correct, or you have entered the wrong email address, email the team at CCDesign on info@ccdesign.uk and give them your Full Name, date of purchase and order number (which is on your order confirmation email)

Can I bring my Dog?

Yes, but they must be kept on a short lead and you must clean up after them.

Is there Camping available?

Yes, camping is available for Saturday 18th July.
Price is £10 per person payable on arrival (cash only). You MUST have a ticket to be able to camp. (Arrival between 2pm and 7pm only)
PLEASE NOTE: The land owner has requested no BBQs or open fires allowed. This is down to the fact the event field is right next to a fully stacked hay barn!

IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION

We have had a few people ask how the tickets will work. Hopefully this will explain everything.

When you purchased your ticket, you would have recieved an email with a PDF attached. The PDF should look something like the image below.

THE IMPORTANT BIT is the QR code! Each QR code is individual and unique. Once scanned, it cannot be used again. So copying tickets wont work and gate staff will refuse entry!

If you can no longer attend and wish to give away or sell your ticket, this is the PDF the new owner will need to present at the gate. Name, address, email or vehicle registration is irrelevant, we just need to scan the QR code! So don’t rock up telling us an email address asking us to check!

Ideally, you print the PDF and show it to gate staff, but you can show it from your phone. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure it is ready BEFORE you get to the gate as this will speed up entry into the event.
