2020 Tickets valid for 2021 Event!

Audis in the Park (Aitp) is the undisputed Worlds Biggest Audi event. A bold claim to make but certainly not without justification. Created back in 2009, Aitp has grown in to the absolute “must attend” event for Audi owners and enthusiasts from all corners of the globe.

The Volkswagen community and following is huge and Audis always seemed to be the “tag along” brand at the many Volkswagen events that seem to take place every weekend up and down the country.  Audis have always had a following, but they never really had their own specific 100% only Audi event, until Audis in the Park.

No snobbery, no “mine is better than yours” just everyone enjoying a day of all things Audi.
V10 R8 Supercars rub shoulders with 200,000 Diesel works horses, £300k pristine original Sport quattros line up next to fire breathing modified track cars. All there for the same reason,
the love and admiration of the infamous
4 ringed brand, Audi.

2020 marked the 40th anniversary of the quattro 4wd systems and although due to Covid 19 restrictions we couldn’t celebrate this amazing engineering achievement, we certainly aim to make up for it in 2021 with some of the finest quattro driven cars on display.

COVID Compliance Update 27/01/2021

Obviously, under the current lockdown and Government restrictions in place throughout the UK regarding events and mass gatherings, there is still a lot of uncertainty, skepticism and doubt.

Audis in the Park is an outdoor event, held in the beautiful grounds of Deene Park, Northamptonshire in Summer 2021. This late in the year date gives us plenty of time for restrictions to be eased and for us to be pro-active by ensuring the event is 100% COVID-compliant and that we meet ALL Government regulations in place at the time.

As it stands, we have not set a limited attendance figure as we feel we have ample space on the event field to spread out and allow plenty of social distancing, however, and this is important, if the Government decides to restrict event attendance figures for outdoor events, then we will, of course, comply with their guidance and set a sensible safe attendance cap. This could mean, to ensure you can attend the event, you may need to purchase tickets in advance and the event will become a strictly ticket only event.

The advanced ticket only option may also be taken to remove cash/payment handling on the gate if this is another criteria we are asked to comply with.

Below are just some of the measures we plan to have in place on the day:

Clear signage highlighting Social Distancing rules,

Hand Sanitizer stations around the event field,

Toilet attendant to ensure toilets are kept clean at all times,

Distanced trade stands to reduce high traffic and pinch points,

Visitors may be required to wear face coverings within certain areas (Trade/Catering)

Just so you are aware, every bona-fide event organizer has to attend a Safety Advisor Group meeting (SAG Meeting), with the Council, before being allowed to hold an event. The Council will run through the event management plan and check that you are complying with all local and national regulations. This includes music licenses, water treatment testing, Fire & Emergency procedure and Health and Safety plan. If at any stage the Council is not happy with the plan or processes you have in place, the event may not be allowed to proceed.

The SAG meeting for the 2021 will be extremely thorough to ensure the safety of the public, staff and visitors before the event is allowed to take place. We are telling you all this so you can rest assured, we will be doing everything possible to ensure everyone has a safe, enjoyable event.

In a nutshell, Quite simply the Worlds Biggest Audi event! Old, New, Standard or Modified….if it’s an Audi…it’s welcome!

Due to the COVID-19 situation, the 2020 event has been rescheduled to August 8th 2021. IMPORTANT: The 2021 event may be forced to become a ticket only event with restricted numbers.

Advanced tickets from the cancelled 2020 event will be valid for the 2021 event and will be dispatched, as normal, around 2 weeks before the event in 2021.
Anyone that purchased an advanced ticket for the 2020 event, prior to 13th May, (when the decision was made to postpone the 2020 event due to the Corona Virus situation) was offered a full refund (to be claimed before 13th June 2020) or allowed to roll-over the ticket(s) to the 2021 event. 

The easiest way to check is look for an email, from Audis in the Park, around May 13th 2020 (This is the date the decision was made to postpone the 2020 event and an email was sent out to everyone who bought a ticket, offering a refund or rollover)
If you do not have an email from us, chances are you never purchased one.

Simply email info@audisinthepark stating your full name, your old address, your new address and when you purchased the tickets, and after clarification, we will amend your order.

Advanced ticket holders can enter from 8.00am on show day and Pay on the day visitors from 9.00am. The event tends to wind down around 4pm and people start to leave after the end prize giving.

Advanced tickets are £15 per person with under 16s free when accompanied by a full paying adult. On the gate price: £20 per person with under 16s free when accompanied by a full paying adult. IMPORTANT: The 2021 event may be forced to become a ticket only event with restricted numbers. Paying on the gate option may have to be removed.

Not hearing anything is normal, Tickets are dispatched, to the registered PayPal/Cardholders address, around TWO weeks before the event.

YES! You can also pay by Debit or Credit card via the website. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when ordering your tickets.

ABSOLUTELY! Audis in the Park is open to ALL Audi owners and enthusiasts.

Simply get a member of your clubs admin team to email us on info@audisinthepark.co.uk and we will add them to the list.

Yes. Each club will be given a specific zone. Ask your club admin what zone they have been allocated and on the day simply head for that zone. IMPORTANT: The 2021 event may be forced to become a ticket only event with restricted numbers. Paying on the gate option may have to be removed. 

Yes! As long as the driver has an advanced ticket, passengers can pay on the gate from 8.00am IMPORTANT: The 2021 event may be forced to become a ticket only event with restricted numbers and paying on the gate may not be an option.

Absolutely NOT! Audis in the Park prides itself on no snobbery and a no “them and us” mentality! A 200.000 mile workhorse or a R8 straight out of the showroom, everyone is made to feel welcome! 

We prefer to call it Top Ten! Every Audi on the event field is Automatically entered in to the Top Ten competition. No need to register or park separately. Just park up, wipe the car down and sit back and enjoy the show. 

Absolutely! You won’t be allowed to park on the event field as this is reserved solely for Audis, however, we do have a NON Audi parking area just outside the event field and you can just enter the event via the pedestrian entrance.

We do have an area for disabled parking, however, you must be aware, Audis in the Park is held on a grassy field where the ground may be uneven in places.

Yes but you must keep it on a short lead at all times and clear up after it immediately.

Unfortunately not. Audis in the Park is a one day event. There are plenty of campsites in the area that would be a great base for you to set up camp.

Refunds will only be issued if, in the unlikely event, Audis in the Park is cancelled due to adverse weather.

COVID-19 Policy: Anyone who has purchased an advanced ticket BEFORE 13th May 2020 will be given the option to Roll-Over the ticket to the rescheduled date of August 8th 2021 or offered a refund. The roll-over or refund must be claimed before June 13th 2020. If no claim is received, standard refund policy above stands.

Deene Park is one of the top Wedding venues in the county and due to it’s popularity, unfortunately, have a large wedding booked in on that day, therefore the house and gardens will be closed to the public.
The house and gardens are open throughout the year and well worth a visit, please visit their website to check opening times for future dates.
