Yes, you read that correctly! FREE TRADE PITCHES!
No we haven’t gone stark raving mad! There is a reason for our insanity! The reason is simple, to give you and the AITP300 visitors the best event possible.
Aitp, was and never will be, about making money, the ethos has always been about putting on the best most relaxed Audi event possible, with minimal cost to everyone.
But obviously we have a few simple Terms & Conditions so it is fair for everyone.
T&Cs
Rule 1: If you book a FREE Trade pitch, you MUST attend. We will enforce this by asking you to pay a £100 FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit when you book. Put Simply, Turn up, your money is refunded, fail to show, we keep the deposit. Its our way of ensuring people don’t just book and never attend.
Rule 2: No food sales. We will be having on-site catering and it would be unfair to them if Traders were selling (or giving away) food and drinks.
Rule 3: Your trade pitch must be relevant to Audi, the motoring industry or some way motoring related. The organiser reserves the right to refuse a trade pitch if they feel it is irrelevant to the event and/or event visitors.
Rule 4: It is your responsibility to ensure your stand is set up and ready to trade throughout the entire day on Sunday 19th July 2026.
Rule 5: It is your responsibility to ensure the safety and security of any temporary structures (Gazebos, marquees) throughout the event. No responsibility can be taken by AITP300 or the staff for loss or damage.
